Geralyn L. Johnson is an accomplished leader in early childhood education and nonprofit management with more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, program development, grant management, quality improvement, and systems building. She is passionate about creating equitable opportunities that help every child thrive.

Geralyn adheres to the philosophy that young children learn best in environments where they are loved and respected; where their physical and emotional safety is ensured; where their development, culture, and individuality are nurtured; and where their families are supported and empowered to reach their greatest potential. This belief guides her leadership and her commitment to creating meaningful, lasting change for children, families, and communities.
